What if the name on the request is spelled incorrectly?
- Start the verification process by clicking "Get started" button on the email you receive from the Amiqus ID system
- Confirm you accept the terms & conditions on the Overview page
- On the Your Details page, edit the incorrect name and select "I have read and understood the above" and click the green button "Confirm and continue".
- A popup will open asking you to confirm the name change. Click "Confirm and send changes".
- Your verification process will then be halted until the organisation who has sent you the verification request confirms the change and sends a new request.
- Once you receive the new updated request emailed to you, you can complete the rest of the process.
