At Amiqus, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services openly and transparently that build trust and respect. We appreciate your feedback, whether it is compliments, complaints, or suggestions, as it helps us improve and serve our clients better. We actively listen to your concerns, handle any complaints or feedback you provide, and take steps to resolve any issues.
If you have a concern or wish to give feedback, there are several ways of reaching out to us.
- Raise a support ticket with our Client Support Team, who will acknowledge and investigate your concern with the aim of resolving it promptly, including launching any necessary formal complaint investigations. If you are a client, you can do this by selecting the blue question mark icon at the bottom right of your screen when logged into your Amiqus account. If you are a request recipient, you can log into your request, and the same blue icon will appear. Alternatively, you can email them at support@amiqus.co.
- For any data protection or data subject requests or complaints, you can contact our Data Protection Team by email at dpo@amiqus.co. Who will acknowledge your complaint, respond within a reasonable timeframe, address your concerns with sensitivity, and take appropriate measures to resolve the matter.
- For any matters concerning our Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF) Certification, please contact our team at compliance@amiqus.co, who will be able to respond to your query.
- For any matters concerning fraud or suspected fraudulent activity, we have the option to submit a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) through your profile on the Amiqus platform. However, if you would also like to raise this with our team for investigation and potential referral to the relevant authorities, please contact us at compliance@amiqus.co.
Should your complaint not be resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate the issue. You can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office through their website or by phone at 0303 123 1113.
We encourage you to share your thoughts with us; your feedback is vital in helping us improve and serve you better.
