Our clients use Amiqus to build custom forms which allows them to gather any other required information. The contents of a form may vary, depending on what is needed, however the way you will fill it out will be the same.
Before you start
On some forms there might be a set of detailed instructions written by the organisation who sent you the request. We recommend reading these and making sure you understand what is being asked of you.
Filling out the form
The form can contain questions that require short, long, multi choice and single choice answers. Take your time entering in the information and making your selections. Unfortunately due to security reasons the form does not save progress.
Reviewing your answers
You will have an opportunity to review all the information you added to the form before submitting. If you need to update anything you can easily go back to the correct section.
