During the request process, you may be required to upload a file, for example, a utility bill or bank statement etc, or you may be asked to download a file, make changes and then return it.
In some cases you may be asked to confirm that you have downloaded, read and understood a document. Confirming that you have received it will capture and share a timestamp with the company who sent you the request.
