What if the name on the request is spelled incorrectly?

To update your name in the event that it is spelled incorrectly, just follow these simple steps;
Start the verification process by clicking "Start request" button on the email you receive from the Amiqus system.
Confirm you accept the terms & conditions on the Overview page.
On the Your Details page, edit the incorrect name and select "I have read and understood the above and would like to proceed" and click the green button "Confirm and continue".
A popup will open asking you to confirm the name change. Click "Confirm and send changes".
Your verification process will then be halted until the organisation who has sent you the verification request confirms the change and sends a new request.
Once you receive the new updated request emailed to you, you can complete the rest of the process.
